great staff support but limited dining choices

The staff were incredibly accommodating, addressing our needs from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the room's cleanliness and comfort. it felt like a little haven after a day of exploring. The location near the forest offered refreshing views and a delightful aroma of pines. I loved the charming pool area which was perfect for unwinding. It reminded me of relaxing days by the water with friends and family.

The dining options were somewhat repetitive and didn’t cater much to diverse palates.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a lovely poolside snack bar, and a fantastic wellness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me with exchanging money, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this hotel for a city break!

The staff were super nice, especially Duygu, who helped us with every little thing. Food was decent, especially the grill nights. We walked to the beach, but it was a bit of a trek. Loved chilling by the poolside bar with snacks close by. Rooms were clean but kinda small.

Had an awesome holiday with friends! Enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and checking out the children's playground. We even tried mountain biking nearby. The accessibility to the gym was a plus, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Perfect place for a group getaway!

Stayed in a Classic Double Room with Balcony. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious with a comfy bed. Loved the view from the balcony overlooking the garden. Plus, the decor had some nice touches that made it feel cozy. The maid service was top-notch, keeping everything tidy. No issues with noise. it was pretty peaceful. a solid room for a relaxing stay.

It’s a bit far from the town center, requiring a shuttle service every couple of hours, which can be a hassle. The food options are pretty limited. aside from the main meals, only 'gozleme' is available as a snack, leading to repetitive dining experiences. The rooms lack proper signages and decoration details, adding to an uninspired vibe. The entertainment is sparse. aside from the Turkish nights that some found entertaining, the rest of the evening lacks anything engaging to keep people around. it's odd that beach amenities aren't fully included in the all-inclusive package, so watch out for extra charges while trying to enjoy the sand and sun.

I enjoyed a restful 4-night stay while exploring the local attractions. The pool was wonderfully warm and inviting, perfect after a day out. I particularly appreciated how the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, even bringing tea and snacks to my room when they noticed I had a cold.
